Mediation

Trauma Centre Australia is pleased to announce that they are partnering with Victorian Mediation Services to offer facilitated mediation to assist parties to resolve their disputes. There are several benefits to the Mediation process which include:

  • a confidential and voluntary service
  • allowing the parties greater control over the outcome as there is no agreement or settlement being imposed upon them
  • agreements are often reached quicker and at a significantly lower cost than if they were pursued in a court
  • helps communication between the parties and can often preserve relationships.
  • services are offered at a location convenient to the parties

Accredited mediators are trained to be neutral facilitators even in difficult situations.
