There are many times when things happen out of the ordinary. Sometimes, we need to address these critical issues immediately and other times these critical incidents have passed by but memories and thoughts still lurk within our mind. Having someone to talk to will help to ease the stress or worries before it escalates into something more severe.
All calls and chats are one-on-one with a trained mental health professional, and completely confidential. However, we may ask for your first name or username and some general details.
Before we begin, please establish if you are in an immediate critical situation.
You currently already have a Critical Incident and Trauma Response Service Agreement with us, please have your Service Agreement Contract ready and call us (03) 9205 9488 during business hours or call our hotline (03) 9483 8889.
If you are unsure whether you have received the Service Agreement Contract or if you do not have a current Service Agreement with us, please fill in the Authority Form here.
