EAP
Employee assistance program gives access to counselling support and assistance.
Is confidential and usually accessed off-site. (Remember a healthy worker is a
happy productive workplace).
Redundancies
All organisations may at some point change direction, merge, downsize or close
down parts of their businesses. Trauma Centre can be utilized towards helping
individuals and organisations move forward during these transitions.
Mediation/Conciliation Services
May be used to facilitate the resolution of disputes by involving workers,
management, and employers in an informal non-adversarial process towards
an agreement that is acceptable.
General Counselling
In some cases workplace and/or personal issues may require professional
psychological assistance; eg. stress, depression, marital issues etc.
Addictions Counselling
Trauma Centre has experts whom deal with drinking, drug,
and eating disorders.
Career Counselling
Specialist career counselling and psychological testing is available
