Complaints

If you have a complaint about our service, please email our Administrator with your contact number or preferred contact details within a reasonable time frame (within two weeks of the receipt of your last service with Trauma Centre of Australia).

You will be contacted to discuss the complaint and negotiate a fair outcome.
